With over 20 years of real estate experience, Claire is actively involved in Land Development and Sales, Residential Re-Sales, New Construction and Local Commercial Development. She has been a million-dollar producer for the past 10 years. Married to Ron Smith for over 30 years, Claire and Ron are originally from Caroline County and still have ties there. Consequently, Claire's knowledge of the real estate market ranges far beyond the Richmond Metropolitan Area. Claire and her family love the water and enjoy time spent at their cottage at the "Rivah" where she is a member of the Rappahannock Shores Association.
